Do I need special serums?
No. The device works with any serum, so you can keep the products you already use.
What warranty does it have?
A 1-year warranty with full device replacement coverage.
How does this item ship?
Juvasonic ships it directly to you, separately from anything else in your order. Shipping is $29 for 1-5 devices, plus $20 for every 5 more, added at checkout. Cartridges in the same order ship at no extra charge. We can only ship Juvasonic products to US addresses.
Can I return it?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and returned devices carry a $125 restocking fee.
Who can buy Juvasonic products?
Juvasonic is sold only to licensed aesthetic professionals, such as medical spas, dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners and aestheticians.
