Dermal Filler Cannulas (Microcannulas)

Dermal Filler Cannulas (Microcannulas)

Our dermal filler cannulas run from 18G to 30G and from 25 mm to 100 mm, so you can match the size to the filler and the treatment zone. They are for licensed practitioners who stock cannulas for filler work or who are setting up a first cannula tray.

Compare sizes in the selection guide below.

Dermal Filler Cannulas for Your Practice

Every single-size product in this range is a blunt, flexible tip cannula in medical- or surgical-grade stainless steel. We stock eight gauges (18G, 21G, 22G, 23G, 24G, 25G, 27G and 30G) in five lengths: 25 mm (1 inch), 38 mm (1.5 inch), 50 mm (2 inch), 70 mm (2.75 inch) and 100 mm (4 inch). Each product page gives the size, the box contents and the stated use for that size.

You can browse the range two ways. By size, you pick a gauge for your filler and a length for the treatment zone. By kit, you buy several sizes in one order.

Four sizes show the spread. The 18G cannula, 100 mm is listed for high-viscosity filler, body contouring and large areas. The 22G 50 mm cannula is listed for routine cheek, mid-face and jawline filler. The 25 gauge cannula, 38 mm is listed for lips, fine lines and compact facial zones. The 27G cannula, at 38 mm, is listed for tear trough, lips and the most delicate planes.

Dermal filler cannula kits

If you would rather start from a kit, the Microcannula Professional Starter Kit is a first stock-up for an injector new to cannula technique. The Size Progression Training Kit is a graded range of gauges and lengths for teaching cannula technique in sequence.

The range also includes the Multi-Gauge Precision Set, which gives you several gauges to match the tool to each filler's viscosity. The Volume Practice Pack holds higher quantities for a busy practice that wants to restock less often. The Complete Injection System adds supporting supplies to the cannulas so you can fill a full injectable tray from one order.

If you want to know what a microcannula is or how it compares with a needle, read our microcannula technique guide.

Match the bore to your filler

Wide 18G and 21G bores handle higher-viscosity and structural fillers. Mid 22G and 23G bores handle mid-viscosity hyaluronic acid fillers. Fine 25G and ultra-fine 27G bores handle thin, low-viscosity hyaluronic acid fillers.

Match the length to the zone

The 50 mm (2 inch) length reaches across a larger treatment zone from a single puncture. The 38 mm length suits contained zones where you want reach with tighter control. The 25 mm length suits precise work such as tear trough and peri-oral filling.
