Microneedling with exosomes

EL Exosomes is a professional exosome topical kit for post-procedure recovery and skin-quality protocols. It is designed to layer over microneedling, laser and other micro-injury treatments. You apply it immediately after the procedure, into open microchannels, as an in-office finishing step. Each unit includes 2 vials, 1 Type I and 1 Type II, and the kit comes in 5-pack, 10-pack and 20-pack sizes.

The EL Exosomes Package with the online course pairs the ASI online exosome course with a 5-pack of EL Immune Exosomes. Each unit holds two vials: Type I, EL Immune Exosome (human cord blood progenitor cell conditioned media extract), and Type II, Skin Booster with PDRN. The package is intended for doctors, nurses and skin therapists with microneedling or mesotherapy experience.

PDRN skin booster options

PDRN is polydeoxyribonucleotide, a salmon-DNA molecule. The MAXellize PDRN skin booster combines PDRN (salmon DNA) with copper tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu) and glutathione. It is a topical post-treatment skin booster. You apply it to clean, post-procedure skin during the recovery phase, for example after microneedling or radiofrequency treatments. It is sold in single, multi-pack and bulk sizes.

The NucleoCutix PDRN ampoules come as five 10 mL ampoules (50 mL total) with 2 dropper applicator caps. The concentrate is 3% PDRN, and the key ingredients are PDRN, copper tripeptide-1, niacinamide, Centella asiatica and hyaluronic acid. NucleoCutix is topical only and not for injection. It is designed as a post-procedure serum after microneedling or similar treatments, and for daily skincare protocols.

Masks, bundles and training

The EGF Mask, pack of 10 holds epidermal growth factor (EGF) protein sheet masks, one per session, to pair with microneedling, peels and resurfacing recovery. The Exosome Hydrogel Mask is a single-use hydrogel sheet with an exosome formulation, individually sealed, for post-treatment recovery and hydration after microneedling, lasers and other in-clinic procedures. It pairs with LED and light therapy devices.

Two bundles combine products from this range. One pairs the EGF Mask with MAXellize PDRN Skin Booster in a 1-pack (1 mask and 1 booster) or a 10-pack (10 and 10). The other bundles the Microneedling Pen 2.0 Replacement Kit with MAXellize PDRN Skin Booster, giving you replacement needles plus 10cc MAXellize vials and disposal tubing.

For training, Exosome Therapy is an online course for experienced doctors, nurses and skin therapists on folding cell-free exosome treatment into microneedling and mesotherapy. It is not an introductory course.

Buying Notes for Exosomes and PDRN Products

• EL Exosomes storage. Keep the kit cold, at 1 to 30 °C (34 to 86 °F), out of direct sunlight and away from damp.
• NucleoCutix storage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 12 months after opening.
• NucleoCutix route. Topical cosmetic concentrate, external use only. Not for injection.
• Masks. The EGF Mask is single-use per session. The Exosome Hydrogel Mask sheets are single-use and individually sealed.
• Kit contents. Each EL Exosomes unit includes 2 vials, 1 Type I and 1 Type II.
